Standard orders are sent via Royal Mail, untracked. 

Express orders are sent tracked via Royal Mail, Parcelforce, DPD, DHL, UPS, and TNT.

If you purchase an item that is out of stock along with items that are in stock, and shipping is outside of the UK, you will receive the complete order in one shipment, when the new stock arrives.

simply fill out the returns slip included in your parcel and send it back to us within 14 days of receiving the order, to receive a hassle-free full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return and refund for all items, they must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.

The returned parcel is the responsibility of the customer until it has been received by FLUX Undies Ltd. No postage and/or delivery charges will be refunded. Returns from outside of the UK are made at the customer's cost. 

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If you are shipping product(s) over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item otherwise.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. After inspecting the goods and approving them, your refund will be processed within 7 days.If you haven’t received a refund yet, contact your bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. faulty item?

All of our items are quality checked multiple times before being sent out to you, however, in the rare event that you have received a faulty item, don't stress. We will sort this out immediately!

Please send an email to with the following information: 

1. Order number

2. Damaged product name

3. Description of damage

4. Photographic evidence of damage

In the event of a faulty item, we will identify the issue and if the fault lies with us, we will provide a replacement product(s) or full refund.
