Refunds

1. Put in your order number and email address and select “start a return or exchange”.

2. Click the item you want a refund for and select the amount of items you want to return.

3. Tell us why you’d like a refund and continue with the return.

4. Choose to receive a refund as store credit or to the original payment method

5. You will be issued with an RMA number - please pack your return and return this to the address provided.

Exchanges

Frequently Asked Questions


The fine print

1. You may request to return your order for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date

2. If your product does not work as promised, i.e. you experience leaks of any sort, you will be covered by our money back guarantee for up to 60 days from the date of purchase

3. All returned items must be returned in completely original condition - unworn other than to try on, unaltered, unwashed, and with all original packaging attached including tags, inserts, and hygiene stickers,

4. Returns will not be accepted for items which do not include all original packaging (original box or equivalent box, hygiene sticker, tags) or which appear to have been worn other than to try on, washed, damaged, or previously wet

5. Refunds can take up to 5 business days to process from the day they land on our desk. We will refund the value of your item using your original form of payment only. You will be notified via email when the refund has been processed, but please note that your bank or payment method may require additional time to process the transaction and credit your account.

6. We hold the right to deny refunds if the returned products do not meet the return policy requirements. If this occurs, you will be liable for shipping the item back to you

7. If you wish to return any products purchased under a promotional offer, such as "3 for 2," you must return all items included in the offer to be eligible for a full refund. This ensures that the terms of the promotion are upheld and that the value of the offer is maintained.
