We process exchanges within 60 days of purchasing. You can return all unworn garments in original packaging.


Please print the returns and exchange form and include with your return.  Once products are received back at our warehouse, we will process the exchange within 2-3 days.

Please note:

Final sale items are non-exchangeable, non refundable. To be eligible for a return and refund for all items, they must be unused and in the same condition that you received them, unless they are faulty and covered by our 60-day money back guarantee.  The returned parcel is the responsibility of the customer until it has been received by FLUX Undies. No postage and/or delivery charges will be refunded. If 60 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If you are shipping product(s) over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item otherwise. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and after inspecting the goods, your refund will be processed within 2-3 days.
