We process exchanges within 60 days of purchasing. You can return all unworn garments in original packaging.


Please head to the returns centre here to start an exchange. Once products are received back into our fulfilment centre, we will process the exchange within 2-5 days.


Returning an unwanted order


To be eligible for a return and refund, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 


Returning a used & faulty order


If your package has been opened and you have worn your underwear and wish to return for a refund/exchange please send it back to us washed and clearly marked or identified as worn. If your underwear is faulty but not worn please clearly identify this in your return.

Final sale items are non-exchangeable, non refundable. To be eligible for a return and refund for all items, they must be unused and in the same condition that you received them, unless they are faulty and covered by our 60-day money back guarantee.  The returned parcel is the responsibility of the customer until it has been received by FLUX Undies. No postage and/or delivery charges will be refunded. If 60 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If you are shipping product(s) over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item otherwise. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and after inspecting the goods, your refund will be processed within 2-5 days.
